Chương 36: Are you trying to seduce me?
Before they reached the top floor, he let go of her hand and looked at her. He didn't want to let go of her, but he had no choice. As soon as they stepped out of the elevator, they entered their unit. Kaylee was silent the whole time. She can't bring herself to go into their room. She was scared. She stood in front of the door of their room for a minute, She placed her hand on her left chest.
When she opened the door, Christopher was already there. He already removed his polo and was now, half-naked. Kaylee smiled weakly as she entered their room. He looked at her as she sat and placed her bag on the bed. She removed her coat, revealing her white tie-front sleeveless blouse. She could sense that he was looking at her. She looked at her wristwatch as she ran her fingers into her hair.
She stood up and looked at him. "I'll be preparing our dinner," Kaylee said as she walked towards the door, but a warm hand held her wrist, and she bit her lower lip. She slowly turned her head to look at him. "W-why?" Christopher looked down and gently caressed her hand. He let her sit on the bed, and he sat beside her. She just looked at him. He looked back at her and tucked her hair behind her ears with his right hand. Kaylee blinked, her hand subconsciously move and touched his face. "What's wrong?"
"Tell me what's wrong?" If she's not going to ask, who would? She needed to know what was wrong before she lost herself. But he didn't respond, instead, he just looked at her with uneasiness in his eyes. She held his hands and placed it on her waist. She smiled as she placed her arms around his neck. She looked directly into the man's eyes before closing her eyes and pressed her lips against his.
Christopher was taken aback. This was the first time she kissed him first. He closed his eyes and kissed her back. He slowly wrapped his arm around her waist as he kissed her passionately. Her hands were now on Christopher's face. She pulled out the kiss and looked at Christopher as she took a deep breath. Christopher slowly opened his eyes and looked at her. She smiled and gave him a short kiss.
Kaylee leaned her head into his shoulder. She slowly circled her index finger in his chest. Christopher smiled. "What are you doing?" Kaylee didn't respond instead she moved her head and kissed his collarbone. Christopher coughed. "Are you trying to seduce me?" Kaylee shook her head. "No."
"What are you doing then?" This time, Kaylee bit his earlobe. Christopher laughed. When she heard his laugh, she smiled. She placed her chin on his shoulder. "Now tell me, what's bothering you, or did I do something wrong?" Christopher hugged her tightly and caressed her hair. "You did nothing wrong."
"Then why?" Christopher kissed her head. "I. It's just that—" Christopher couldn't finish his sentence when a growl on her stomach rang in their ears. Kaylee blushed. Christopher held her shoulder and looked at her. "Are you hungry?" Kaylee looked away. "I. I didn't eat lunch." Christopher sighed and pulled his hair as he placed his elbow on his thigh. "Did you wait for me?" Kaylee bit her lip. "I—"
"Did you wait for me?" Christopher asked again, Kaylee nodded her head. "Yes." Christopher hugged her. "I'm sorry."

Chương 37: Dejected face
Kaylee and Christopher both ate their dinner and took a shower. Kaylee stood in front of the mirror and combed her hair while Christopher sat in the bed with his laptop on his lap.
Kaylee put down the comb in the drawer and walked toward the bed. She sat on the bed and covered her lower body with a blanket. She looked at the laptop and saw that Christopher was reading the documents sent to his email.
When she looked at him, she raised her eyebrow. Christopher was seriously focused on his laptop, and he had a frown on his face, too.
He was in the middle of reading the documents when he sensed that Kaylee was staring at him. He looked at her and smiled. "Why?" He asked as he messed up her hair.
She pouted. "I just comb my hair, you know." She said while she was fixing her hair with her fingers. "What time will you sleep?"
He kissed her nose. She blinked. "Are you sleepy?"
Kaylee shook her head. "No. I'm just asking."
Christopher closed all the running apps and shut down his laptop. He closed his laptop and placed it on the bedside table. He looked at her, held her face, and gave her a kiss.
Kaylee smiled. "Are we going to sleep?"
Christopher didn't respond, he gently moved his hand to her nape and started to kiss her passionately. Kaylee responded to his kiss and wrapped his arm around his neck. Christopher slowly pushed Kaylee down on the bed without breaking their kiss. He moved his hand into her shoulder and slowly put down the strap of her nightgown.
Kaylee was wearing a pink above-the-knee nightgown. Christopher left light kisses on her shoulder, his hand traveled from her shoulder to her back, to her waist, to her butt, and down to her thigh while his other hand was caressing her right breast. Kaylee bit her lower lip.
Christopher kissed her neck while he slowly entered his hand inside her nightgown. She pressed her lips together as her right hand remained on his nape and gently touched his right hand with her left hand. He just let her touch his hand while he was busy caressing her thigh.
Her left hand slowly moved to his chin, letting him look at her. She shook her head. "We should stop here."
Christopher gave her a short kiss and looked at her once again. "Why?" He asked.
Kaylee blushed but didn't say a word. Christopher held her right hand and kissed it. She bit her lip when he continued to caress her thigh but Kaylee stopped his hand. He looked at her.
She blinked, lifted her head, and gave him a kiss on his lips, she smiled as she put his hand on her cheek. She bit her lower lip to stop herself from laughing when she saw his dejected face. She lifted her head again and gave him a kiss, she hugged him tight and whispered in his ear, "I'm sorry. I'm on my period."
"Oh!" Kaylee laughed.
