Chương 38: I believe in karma and how big Buddha is (1)
As an adult I can not help thinking that this pair of mother and son have lived a very hard and unjust life that even adults could not stand.
And in spite of everything they have lived they didn´t turn to crime or vices to escape their suffering. Also, it can not be denied that both are models student with excellent grades and behavior.
I sigh deeply as I think how ideal it would be for all the students to be like them. But I can not allow them to go along with the idea of revenge and fall down the wrong path after all they have endured , so I tell them.
- Student Ren Xia and student Ren Ren I want you two to understand a very important thing. And that is that in seeking revenge you will only lead your life to suffer more instead of alleviating the suffering and grievance that you have been feeling so far . So you two should only focus only on yours studies and follow the good path that would lead you to a life of happiness.
I watch as mother and son look at each other and a smile appears on their faces to tell me both at the same time.
- Mr. Director dosen´t have to worry about us because no matter how much hatred grows in our hearts and souls we will not let ourselves be blinded by this.
After all our opponent or object of hatred is not worth ruining our lives for them don´t you think?.
