My name's Rodriguez and I'm an alpha. The king of all werewolves out there. All these years, I've been thinking my mate is dead because she never answers to my voice but recently I've been getting this strange feeling like she's really close and my wolf, lucas keeps nagging me about his mate telling me to send her more telepathic messages in case she answers back but she never does.

My heartbeat rate has changed and according to the elders my mate is either dying or really close to meeting me. I'm really worried. My pack needs a Luna and I need my mate to help balance me and keep me in control of my primality.

As if worrying about my mate isn't enough the hunters want to start a war with us. Three packs are already down and as king it's My duty to ensure all packs' safety. I have to end them once and for all. I wish my mate was here with me, atleast I would have somebody to support me in all this and keep me going.

A little bit of my history, it's said that the moon goddess who created us gave each one of us a soul mate. A wolf's soul only gets completed upon meeting one's mate. So yea... I'm still waiting for mine if she's still there somewhere. Can't talk much I've got work to do.

I'm headed to the Dark forest with my beta, gamma and some pack members to finish off the hunters hiding in there. Werewolf senses. Lucas, my wolf is getting really agitated that I have to block my pack from my head. He's pacing in my head and talking stuff that doesn't make any sense. Suddenly I smell lavender and the beach. I breathe in the air as much as I can take in. Smells like heaven. Something pulls me to the smell. I look forward and.... I see violet hair and pretty no beautiful blue eyes, perfect body.

I just found my Luna.

"Mate" and everyone in the pack gets excited. I sense my mate's discomfort and I ask her name to distract her. "violet skye and you're welcome bout the hunters" Did she just smirk!???

I know she's about to run and I get ready to pounce on her. I shift in mid-air but I'm too slow and my mate's gone. I hear a distinct bye bye alpha and I'm left howling in pain.

The pack howls after me. My wolf whimpers in pain. Our mate just ran away from us. She teleported! I will find her. I promise myself. I have to.

My beta and gamma come to console me promising to find her before the next full moon. They then tell me that all the hunters are dead with only a VS sign left. My mate is such a bad-ass. I have to find her.
