With Trelawney now powerless, Dai couldn't use her in his plan against the centaurs. However, he was perfectly content with that as he and Yu wanted Trelawney to be safe. He gazed at Yu and Yu gazed at Dai. "You will have to be the trump card against the centaurs. Trelawney needs to be protected." Dai tells Yu and Yu knew that she was willing to protect her daughter, even if it killed her.
"You don't have to tell me twice nor do you have to ask me. She is our daughter. She will be safe." Yu promised Dai. Dai smiled at his wife's dedication to protect their daughter while he had the dedication to protect everything that was his, including his kingdom. While he was on his four year training trip, he realized that he didn't want to wage war against the centaurs and when he told Yu this, Yu understood this as well. "Peace is needed and it will never be gained by all of these wars that keeps on happening." Yu says solemnly. She had realized that true peace could never be obtained due to the cruelness of the world.
"Now, let's go suggest a peaceful agreement with the centaurs." Dai tells his lovely wife, who blissfully placed her lips on his and as they kissed, Trelawney and Eli kissed as well. When both couples had pulled apart, the army had went on ahead to find the land of the centaurs once again, but this time: it was not to wage war on them. It was to give a peace treaty option.
