Chương 19: Proposal

The upcoming was a hell of hectic. Packed with meetings and conferences. Robin was roaming around me all day scheduling one after another meeting.

The proposal submitted by each of the departments was satisfactory, unlike the production ones. After several modifications and changes, they guys were not able to explain the required details and necessary action for the plan.

I had taken enough of it and asked Robin to investigate about the team and especially about the department head. How they were able to get me amazing ideas and proposals for the past few years.

That reminds me of the proposal because of which this past and upcoming events of expenditure are possible.

Post meeting with the production team and conferences I went back to my room to look at the proposal once again.

My office was located on the 5th floor of the building. There were only my room and a few of the small office room for my personal team who take direct orders from me. The walk from my office door to the desk is like a walk on the ramp. As you enter the room, on the left side you will find a big couch and a single sitting couch too whereas on the right no furniture it's a wall full of books. Big desk near the full glass window at the back. I had placed a special painting on the left side. Although the painting is simple still it is special for me.

When I walked in I went directly to the shelf and took the file of the proposal. It was sent by someone from the production team. It was signed by someone Carter. When I asked about it they told me that Carter resigned a few weeks after submitting the proposal.

Indeed it was an amazing proposal. All the details were highlighted which perfection. It was because of this proposal I had converted the spare warehouse to another production unit. Basically, all the details were in there. You ask the details and it is in there. Investment not all the implementation of the money but the sources too. The manpower recruitment process was already figured out. The design team, sales source profits, construction cost, machinery and every small detail too. The only thing left for me was the implementation.
