Chương 8: Cat Cafe

~Ito's Point of view~

I walk while holding onto Shawns hand. He hasn't let go since we left the dorms. It's kinda comferting so I don't say anything and continue to walk to the cafe. So to apologize to Shawn I brought him to a cat cafe. Who doesn't like cats? They are the cutest, most fluffy, litte fluffballs. This is sure to make him happy and hopefully stop ignoring me. When I bring Shawn into the cafe I see his eyes light up with child like joy. He started speaking in baby voice toward the cats. I stare at him and watch him play with the cats. While I left him to play with the cats I decided to order us something to drink. I order a French Vanilla cappuccino and ask him what he would like. "I'll just take the English toffee cappuccino." I watch Shawn interact with the cats while I wait for out beverages. My heart skips a beat seeing him smile and giggle at the cats.

Authors Point of view

They receive their drinks and sit at a table. Awkward silence falls over them and they sit there waiting for the other to speak first. "So..." they both speak in unison. "You go." Shawn says. "I'm really sorry. I'm sorry that you heard me in a state of immense emotion. Forgive me for making you worry about me and taking care of me when I was sick. I didn't mean for you to see the worst of me. I was desperate and needy of someone to show me love. I understand if you don't want to room with me anymore. Please tell me if you don't want me around anymore and I will leave you alone. *Huh*." Ito's eyes begin to cloud over and tears roll down his face. Ito is sobbing and convulsing. Shawn take Ito's hand and gingerly holds and plays with his tiny fingers. Shawn hopes this can calm him down. Shawn speaks softly once Ito has started to calm down. "Ito, there's no reason to apologize. I chose to stay with you when you were sick. I wanted to help you when you physically couldn't. It's not your fault. I still want to room with you, I don't ever want you to leave me. Do you understand me? Don't leave me." Shawn starts to cry and holds Ito's hand tighter to make sure he doesn't leave. Ito holds his other hand as if to say he won't leave him. Holding onto Shawn to say he won't let go.
