After we got back to town
"Papa I want it!" her cute finger pointed at one of the sellers of grilled skewers.
Right now, this cute vampire is sitting on my shoulder while holding my head.
I approached the seller.
"I'll take one"
"Here you go, that will be 3 copper." he says as he hands me the skewers.
Rena took 1 silver coin from her pocket and gave it to him. For some reason he was making a complicated face.
"Sorry but we don't have a small money ..."
"Just keep the change."
"But..."
"It's okay, let's go"
"Here it is, be careful it's still hot." I give the skewer to this little vampire on my shoulder.
"Thank you, papa!" she took the skewer with her small hand.
"What about mama?" Rena asked her.
"Thank you. mama!" she said with cheerful.
Rena gently patted her head. *Giggles*
"fiuuuh fiuuuhh"
Rena and I could not help but laugh as she took a bite out of it.
"How is it?" I asked
"Yummy!"
"That's good."

"Why are you calling me papa?"
"Um?"
"I'm not a vampire either."
"Papa not vampire?"
"Yeah, I'm a human as far as I know"
"shaa who knows.. a human who can kill a Dragon with only, one swing." Rena added.
"Dragon?! Papa is so strong!"
"Aha ha ha .." i can only hollow laughs..
"Ah I forgot. What is your name?"
"Alicia"
"Ohhh what a cute name!"
"How about papa and mama?"
"Wh- m-mama..?"
"About me? I'm Alonso, and this is Rena" Alicia switched her gaze to Rena, and observed her. Suddenly Alicia's Left eye turned blue!
"Mama is very pretty!"
"Of course your mama pretty!"
Rena lowered her head shyly and said "thanks.."
"Ah that's right! Why is Alicia-chan calling us papa and mama?" I asked her again.
"because oji-san told me to."
"Oji-san?"
"Umm"
"What did oji-san tell you?"
"He said, umm... I will meet my papa and mama if I keep running away, and meet people that can understand vampire language."
"I see..."
"It's quite surprising she can walk around freely." Rena said, with elf language.

"Vampires are a neutral race and quite strict like us elves"

"Yes. But normally Vampires don't go out much"

"Humans hunt them for their blood because it is valuable"

"Vampire blood can regenerate wounds. Even if it is so severe that a limb is missing"

"...But her appearance is like that if a human though. If Alonso didn't talk with her with in the vampire language, i would see have thought she was a human."
"mumumu papa hug!"
"I'm not your papa though, but" I hug Alicia and lift her up.
"No papa is papa!"
"Yeah.." I looked at Rena.
"I don't mind.. she can come with us and maybe we will..."
"That's not all. She is not just a vampire."
"Don't tell me..."
"Yeah.. She seems to be the granddaughter of the Vampire King"
"Then she was running away because...?"
"Something appears to have happened in the Vampire Kingdom."
"Alright! Let's adopt her, and make her our daughter!"
