Chương 32: Her New Daddy

Feng Xiao Qing really got a headache. She gave the doll to Xiao Xi Xi because she always cried for her daddy --- because she wanted one! What should she do about this? She looked down helplessly because Feng Xiao Qing knew how important that little bunny was for Xiao Xi Xi.

The sadness that emanated from Xiao Xi Xi made Lu Yi Feng saw the little him --- her loneliness was the kind of loneliness that also used to make him drown in sorrow. He glanced at Feng Xiao Qing, but at least... she has a loving mother --- something that he would never have.

Lu Yi Feng sighed and asked softly, "Why don't we go buy one?"

Lu Yi Feng berated himself inwardly. Why did he forget that he could just call one of his friends who had a doll factory to make one for Xi Xi? He is one of the investors at Liu Han's factory after all, so it shouldn't be a big problem. It also saved him time to go buy it with Xiao Xi Xi. But to his surprise, Xiao Xi Xi didn't want that.

Xiao Xi Xi shook her head, rejecting Lu Yi Feng's generous offer for the custom-made bunny. "Uncle Yi Feng, no need to go that much trouble. We can just go buy a new one."

Feng Xiao Qing was also surprised. She asked her, "Why? I thought you love that bunny?"

Xiao Xi Xi answered, "Mommy... I know that I can't meet Daddy anymore and Mommy also finally finds Uncle Yi Feng. I will treasure Uncle Yi Feng along with Mommy. I will receive Uncle Yi Feng's new little bunny and take it as my new daddy's substitute."

Zi Hao and Lin San stifled their laugh, knowing that Xiao Xi Xi's new daddy was Lu Yi Feng. Feng Xiao Qing was petrified because of Xiao Xi Xi's assumption. She took a peek at the aloof man and somehow she felt his chilling gaze. Was he angry?

However, what surprised Feng Xiao Qing was that she could see a hint of warmth in his eyes before it was gone back to his chilling gaze. Feng Xiao Qing came to her senses and talked to Xiao Xi Xi, "Xi Xi... what are you talking about? Uncle Yi Feng isn't your new daddy ah~"

Xiao Xi Xi smiled at her mommy. "Mommy... I know ah~ you need to get married to Uncle Yi Feng first before he can become my daddy. But he soon will be my daddy, right? We are going to live with Uncle, right? In TV, after moving in... the next step will be a big wedding, right?" Xiao Xi Xi asked innocently.

Lu Yi Feng and Feng Xiao Qing, "..."

What kind of movie that Xi Xi watched on TV? Feng Xiao Qing would seriously ask the nanny. How come she knows a lot about relationship?!
