a. Come and See - A phase of attraction and evangelism lasting 15 months.
b. Follow Me - A phase of developing the basic habits of the spiritual life and beginning to be involved in ministry, lasting about 12 - 24 months.
c. Be with me - A phase of adding more advanced Christian habits and values and beginning to reproduce yourself in the live of others, lasting about 2 years.
d. Remain in Me - A lifetime if continuing to grow intentionally and to use your spiritual gifts to make more disciples.
13. Why is accountability important in making disciples?
Few people, less than 5%, have enough discipline to develop spiritual habits without a disciple maker who holds them accountable to develop these habits.
14. What is the definition of "Revival"?
A work of God by His Spirit through His word, bringing the spiritually dead to living faith in Christ and renewing the inner life of Christians who have grown slack and sleep. "It is "pouring fresh water into the dry water pots".
15. Why is Revival by itself inadequate to make disciples?
Revival, by itself, is as inadequate to continual effectiveness in the church as a jump - start is to a car without an alternator to supply power to the engine and recharge the car battery. It does not have the needed structure to maintain the new change in the long haul.
16. What is the definition of "Reformation"?
Reformation is the forming of theological philosophical, organizational, and programming structures that enable the church to sustain and multiply the results of Revival and effectively carry out God's command for an extended period of time. It is "fixing the cracks in the water pots".
