Chương 26: The Unbreachable Barrier
The Principal and teacher Bao Tan were both completely speechless. They didn't know why Tao Xue changed the example to bugs attracting garbage. Even if it was more relevant, it was still vulgar, and he was disgracing himself. Either he was an idiot, or he didn't care about humiliation. They took some time, but finally got over it.

He thought that the Principal would have found the solution in no time, but when he peeked out from the window, it had started becoming a little dark, which indicated that he was in that trance-like meditative state for quite a lot of time. If he calculated the exact amount of time that had elapsed, it would amount to roughly 1 time and 2 cups of tea.
The Principal was shocked, and said in the same expression, "This is insane! The energy is totally stuck to you, it's just like it's glued to you. I'm trying to use my energy to dissipate it, or at least move it away, but it doesn't budge. This only shows one thing. That is that you are favored by the Heaven and Earth. The energy itself has a liking towards you. It's not possible for me to forcefully erase it, which only leaves two choices. The first choice is that you should forget about Cultivation, and the second one is that you should gain such control over this ability of yours, which will give you the ability to control the barrier around you, enabling you to absorb the energy of the Heaven and Earth. Frankly speaking, the first option would be a bummer, and the second option will be totally dependent on your luck. It isn't possible for any of us to help you with your ability of controlling the energy, so we can't guarantee if you can succeed or not. Even if you are able to dissipate the barrier, who knows how long it would be till then. I have no more to say, as of now, because this ability is totally out of my reach. Nobody in the whole human realm can help you with it, and gaining directions from someone above the human realm is not in your, or any human's reach."
This would be a very difficult decision for any normal person, but not Tao Xue. He didn't care much about the outcome, so the results wouldn't matter to him. Other than that, if he practiced by himself regularly, he thought that it would be pretty easy to dissipate, or rather, manipulate the barrier. He didn't need to wait for any particular person to come and guide him, rather, he could practice himself, and learn by his own methods. Other than Cultivation, he had already thought of other matters that could make him a person with a good job. He could earn using this power of his, alone, no need of Cultivation at all. He didn't need to think about this much, as he had already come up with a solution. He had thought that he didn't actually need to Cultivate, as there were also other uses of this power. By training it for such a little time, at yesterday night, he had achieved such great heights, so it would surely be even better in the future. He could use the energy as he pleased, which also meant that he could use it to surround his whole body in a shape like armor, and extend the armor from his hands, protruding like a pair of sharp blades. This would be an ideal shape for battle, as he could collect bounties by hunting criminals, or fight in arenas to earn money. Another way, which Tao Xue found the most productive, was to show-off this brilliant power of his, and earn money like a performer. He didn't get tired at all, and he could also earn money. This was the best idea that he could think of.
After he had calculated all the possibilities, he told them all to the Principal, who sat down and listened carefully. He also understood the point in Tao Xue's words. There were also a lot of non-Cultivators who made a lot of money, so that already proved that Cultivation wasn't necessary for earning money and living a worthwhile life. By sheer luck, it could also be possible for Tao Xue to start Cultivating, which would be great. Considering his extremely great luck, to have found this special ability, it was also certainly possible that he could attain the required wisdom to Cultivate.
