Peaceful Five Months Passed Away

Under the order of new king, the kingdom returned back to it's peaceful days. 

Wan Hu introduced some new laws, regulations and founded the base of accountability of the ministers. 

Many new terms were introduced too. 

With the reference of Zhong Xing, he was able to persuade the old master to open an official Martial School which would work under the order of Palace. 

He thought to train enough martial guards and the shadow guards who could keep an eye on the far places of the kingdom.

He didn't forget the questions of Henan. 

Wan Hu planned to help the far end villages and give them protection with the martial guards. 

These martial guards would also be processed through the idea of accountability and he opened a new department which would hold and issue commands, he entrusted this department to a new and hard-working minister.
