I like this, but I wonder why there are no more updates? I'm still at ch 60 or something and there are now 3 month ago the last update. Let's see, when there is a new update I will change my rating 👍🏻
The story is getting better and better. The story line is getting better and better. The characters building are interesting and fulfilling. The way you develop the characters are awesome.

Overall very mystical and very in depth with characters and the story overall. The ark between characters and their developmental functions have grown from chapter chapter giving the story a rich lighthearted feeling.
I love it and will always support you. This book is really well written because the author is super talented and the book itself has a complex plot and will leave you craving for more ❤️❤️

Writing Quality: Not bad Stability: Idk as i've just binge-read Story Dev: Excellent Char Design: Excellent World BG: Good I've never gotten teary over a story before but I admittedly do not read many drama/romance. This story... this young girl who knows her fate and struggles to come to terms with her decisions. The development is extremely good. The author has made me feel deeply for Aileene's struggles. I also like that the author asks questions at the end of each chapter. Keep up the good work and polish up that grammar :D
"Everything is not as it seems on the surface." This sentence can be applied to this very story. As Aileene trudges forward with her role as the villainess and trying to complete her goal assigned by the system, it starts out as a light hearted story of the young girl's life with her family as she encounters various characters including the innocent heroine and she starts to doubt her goal and purpose in the world of the Otome Game. You can sense the foreboding as you venture deeper into the life of Aileene as the world starts to twist and not everything is as it seems the very moment she encountered the book in chapter 22, torn between two choices that could drastically change her entire life. At this point, you can tell, the story goes deeper and it is not to be simply depicted as 'light hearted'. All in all, the book is very good with superb writing quality, stable updates, amazing developments and decent world building. A definite must-read.

The story is great so far. I like it a lot. It seems lighthearted, but at the same time it feels like it gets deeper as you read further in the story. The story has potential and to be honest, there aren't enough chapters to fully judge it so I can't say much yet. However, my favourite character is definitely Xi. She's even better than the mc or any other character, as matter of fact. Xi will always be my favourite character.
The best! I love everything about it, the characters, the setting, the overall idea just keeps you hooked and makes you want to continue reading. My favorite character is Ruby and when you read, you’ll realize why 💖
A great, light hearted story that is soo aesthetically pleasing. It’s a joy to read and a hidden gem, fo’ sho’. The author updates regularly and the chapters are always up to par.

Although simply being one chapter, I’m very eager to start reading it! It brings promise with its thorough and precise writing. It’s easy to read, and produces a visual image in ones mind when reading (at least for me). I have a Wattpad account so I’m definitely going to read the rest of the chapters on there!

So, I know it's definitely shameless to reviewing my own book. But who really cares, life is too short. I just wanted to post a warning to everyone reading this story, it's a very mature story. And the rating is put on restricted, so if you are uncomfortable with any mature themes. Sex, Murder, or Gore. Please be warned and skip any chapter that involve these. If a chapter I write is considered inappropriate I will have a warning before the start of the chapter, and you should read at your own risk. Welllll, enough of that stufff. About the Vain! It's gonna be a pretty slow story overall, and will probably end at 130 chapters, probably more. There is romance, but it's also a slow burn Though don't worry, I won't drag on events and make it boring. When the drama starts, the story will definitely speed up I will try to update as often as I can, of course. Which can be anywhere from a one to two days for an update, or a week if I'm extremely busy. Though it won't ever go over the one week mark. If there is any questions you want to ask, reply to this review and I'Il answer as best as I can.
