Chương 58: Conspiracy!
Yu Yan tried to recall the meaning of (1)Gǎnrǎn, she remembers that one of their books she read last night says it is a human who have been infected by a (2)Xuè shòu.
Xuè shòu are powerful beast, however, no one knows what they look like. Anyone who meets a Xuè shòu always ended up being a Gǎnrǎn.
It was said that once a human was bitten by a Xuè shòu they will become a Gǎnrǎn who have black blood and have no control of their mind and all they know is to drink human blood.
While Yu Yan was recalling those details, she suddenly remembered that she meets a 'vampire's that perfectly match the description of a Gǎnrǎn and it was killed by Li Fu Jin.
'He can't be a Gǎnrǎn.' Yu Yan said to herself, trying to analyze how he act.
Watching Yu Yan in daze Hong Lei Wei immediately hold her hand and said: "I don't mean to scare you." worried that Yu Yan might feel scared at Li Fu Jin.
Yu Yan came back too senses and looked at Hong Lei Wei with a smile: "I'm not.",
Although she feel a bit afraid of Li Fu Jin, it was not because of him being a Gǎnrǎn.
He plans to kill me!
Hong Lei Wei smiled and pulled Yu Yan's arm and taking her up on her seat: "Let's go to the cafeteria to eat lunch or would you like to eat outside the university?"
"Either, as long as there's a delicious food." Yu Yan said with a grin.
When Yu Yan stood up to leave with Hong Lei Wei, the other student's began to approach her, some of them seems friendly but most of them just look at her with a disdain.
Some male students look drooling that made other female began to hate Yu Yan.
Although few of the female students on their sector are beautiful, it can never be compared to Yu Yan's looks.
With Yu Yan's appearance, especially on her school uniform that perfectly fit her body, it cannot hide her curves that made other male students wonder their eyes on her body.
Getting those gaze like her clothes are being torn apart, Yu Yan is having goosebumps, she felt like she had entered a hungry wolf's lair.
There are also who started to have a meaningful look on their eyes that cannot determine if it is good or bad.
As for other female student, envy and hatred starred to grow inside while others are just neutral.
"You look younger than anyone in the homeroom, how old are you?" one of the students suddenly asked Yu Yan, but the voice sounds with hatred.
"I'm 17." Yu Yan honestly answered while ignoring the way she has been approached.
Eveyone: "..."
17? At fourth level under sector S?!
All students were dumbfounded while the others were stunned.
They never thought that Yu Yan was younger than them, but she already advance few levels under a highest sector.
Watching the indifference on their eyes, Yu Yan felt uncomfortable.
"Is something wrong?"
Of course, because she was forbidden to leave their home, she never had this kind of attention from others aside from her siblings.
Must be a conspiracy!
No one have ever advanced more than one level and assigned to sector S!
All of them wanted to say it to Yu Yan but no one dare to do so, trying to turn away their eyes, some just cough and tried to change the topic.
"What code are you?" another female student with green eyes asks. She looks pretty but not inferior from Yu Yan.
Yu Yan shook her head and said. "I don't know."
Students: "..."
Is she an idiot?
Knowing how the others mind works, Hong Lei Wei quickly said, "It's on your test results."
