Henry Philips is the most talented person in the Philips Family, one of the most influential families in East Saint District of Freedom City! Because he was born with a superior genotype of B-, by the age of 15, he successfully awakened as an Enhancer and became the star of the new generation of the Philips family.

These colleges were graded according to the resources and advanced facilities they pocess as well as the level of their teachers and the level of students who graduate from them. But Henry's goal wasn't these Colleges. He wanted to get Admission into the best College and only 7* College on Earth, Ares College but his current cultivation wasn't enough.

The minimum threshold for Ares College is for its applicants to reach the Half Moon Stage and even that wouldn't assure an applicant of admission. One had to be a Full Moon warrior (Level 2 Enhancer) to have any hope of being admitted. With only three months to go before the final test, he basically had no hope of crossing the Accumulation Stage into the Half Moon Stage.

But at this time, the VR game 'The Pirate King' was announced. It boasted of being able to synchronize strength in the game with reality. This was his final hope.

What was most peculiar was that there was a pure white cat resting on his shoulders looking at them with disdain in its eyes.

When they saw this young man, they immediately went on high alert. In this One Piece world, various NPC's had very weird personalities so they didn't wish to offend this young man. Adding to the fact that they couldn't detect this young man's level, they immediately assumed he was an NPC!
