quite unique actually ....dunno why I ignored this novel for a few years but thank God I did cause waiting for daily chapters ain't really my kinda thing!!! I love how I can't really guess where the story is heading to unlike 90% of the rest of the stories here.

Though the main character has a habit of being a bit too edgy at times, and the story isn't perfectly paced by any means, this is likely one of my favorite ongoing isekai stories to date. The main characters are interesting and complex enough to keep you invested in their goals, and the overall world building and creativity is really fantastic. I also like how Arthur, being a Parasite, is such a unique and fresh idea for a monster isekai plot, and though I'm only about halfway caught up on the story thus far, I have enjoyed it immensely. My biggest positive about the series overall, are the epic and over-the-top fights, especially later into the story. The biggest negative, in my opinion, would simply be that this hasn't received a light novel adaptation, lol.

I have read up to 140 chapters had to drop it. MC is very annoying, arrogant, contradictory. author tells mc is cold and he won't help random people. next moment he is saves a slave girl for no reason. few chapters later, he will confess to the slave girl that he fell for her at first sight, keep in mind this is after he was tortured and betrayed by his wife in his past life. Similarly you will find so many contradictions in mcs decisions it so far never improved so far until 140 chapters and I not optimistic it is going to improve. 2. Power levels are all over the place. One chapter he is struggling beat a dude who is 2 or 3 sublevels higher than him as author apparently tells differene between the realms is too big. Few chapters later, he is overpowering a bunch people who are two whole relams higher than him i.e 20 sub levels. There was no explanation no power ups, he simply overpowers them using same skills, skills which struggled to neat a dude who was 2 realms or20 sub lvl lower. He struggles against lower level dudes again in later even after few power ups. It's really difficult gauge where mc stands, as mc overpowers overpiwered people in one chapter and struggles again week people next chapter. Major attraction of the novel was it's power system but this inconsisten power levels just kills it. 3. Random events keep happening. One moment mc is chilling next moment some one claiming grip reaper comes out to take his life. One moment he is training using mana and qi next moment he is dragged into some scientific cube which he supposedly designed by himself. All these events keep happening without any hint or foreshadowing in thr previos chapters. You will wonder if you are reading a different novel, lot of discontinuity and very hard to follow in later chapters. Overall only good thing I found in this novel was interesting power system, which is btw has been completely side tracked by author. There is no mention of improvement in MCs stats, power and level even mc power ups. All we get mc has become much stronget than before instead of what used to be done before like stats window and detailed information powerups in earliest chapter. starting around chapter 100 Whenever mc power ups author just says mc has become a lot powerful.

Author You're doing good on this story, keep at it and make sure to end it with boom. Also try not to make the mc crazy powerful to fast, still good story tho.
