Chương 11: Ho Jun and Black Chaos
She already knew the owner of this voice and wanted to quickly walk away but unfortunately for her, he already reached her with wide open arms.
" Mei! It's me! It's me Ho Jun! Do you remember me? If you came back to Korea why didn't you tell me? " screamed Ho Jun on top of his lungs.
I think I am going to beat him up for good one day lamented Ting Mei in her head.
" Who is he?" mumbled Fen Hua.
" I don't know, just a stranger," replied Ting Mei in an indifferent voice.
Pain stung Ho Jun's heart.
" How could you say this sweetheart?" cried out Ho Jun.
Fen Hua gave Ting Mei a glance full of curiosity and surprise.
" Fine he is somebody I know, he is the main vocalist of a group band named Black Chaos, Ho Jun," told Ting Mei to Fen Hua.
" Ho Jun, meet my friend Fen Hua." presented Ting Mei.
" Nice to meet you Miss Fen Hua, best friend of Ting Mei!" replied Ho Jun in a cheerful tone." Are you happy to see me again sweetheart?" continued Ho Jun.
" No, and don't call me sweetheart, I'm not that close to you." answers back Ting Mei in a monotone voice.
" Not close?" spoke Ho Jun in surprise," but... I love you and I even confessed to you!"wailed the handsome boy.
Each time Ting Mei talked to him, she would always get a huge headache and this time was no different.
" Ho Jun, how many times do I have to tell you I'm not interested in you? I'm not interested in dating at all and that's it. To me, you are just another one of the hundreds man that confessed to me so we are not close. Also, truthfully, you just want to compete against Chao Duyi." stated Ting Mei in an exasperated tone.
" I know that you have no intention of dating but I'll still pursue you and regarding Chao Duyi, I liked you first and it was him who fell in love after and competed with me! How dare you doubt my love for you!?" yapped Ho Jun in furry.
Ting Mei was not really convinced by his words but she knew better than anyone that he was never joking about this kind of subject. " You sure it's not because of he is the main vocalist in Dark Angels and is your rival?" asked Ting Mei in a doubtful voice.
" Sure, 100% sure!" nodded confidently Ho Jun.
" Fine, I believe you but don't bug me anymore." sighed Ting Mei.
" But..." started Ho Jun but was abruptly interrupted by his teammates. who came running after him when he snuck out of the party.
When they finally caught onto Ho Jun, the band members instantly greeted Ting Mei when they saw her with Ho Jun.
" Sister Ting!" exclaimed the team members.
"Oh... Hi guys!" Ting Mei greeted them back.
When Black Chaos and she were in America, she often bumped into them and ended up always helping them when they had trouble learning their choreography. Later on, she helped them write lyrics for their first album. These occasions made them look at her like a goddess and they eventually started calling her sister Ting.
An hour flew by as Ting Mei talked with the group and eventually returned to the party with Fen Hua.
" They were nice people, I am really relieved that you met some good friend when you were in America," said Fen Hua in a happy mood.
Seeing her interact with others naturally make me feel way less worried sighed Fen Hua. Although, I can see that this Ho Jun really likes Ting Mei...
As they walk back in the party, half of the guest already left leaving the room with only drunk people.
" It's almost 10 pm, we should also get going, tomorrow you'll have a long day!" Fen Hua cheered in a bright voice.
"That's right, her preview was tonight but her comeback we'll be even bigger!" thought Fen Hua.
