My mind churned as I stared at the sleeping Kiryuin.
Nagumo's ambition and desire led me to create this 'Dream Weaver' farce. It was nothing but me manipulating their dreams.
Since I had full control of the dreams I could stimulate Kiryuin's sense of pain. It was not the same as real 'pain' but it was pain nonetheless.
I made things as realistic as possible. It was all to ensure that the integration of supernatural abilities in this world was pushed in a natural manner.
If I directly gave them magical powers it would alert the Heavenly Spirit but if I pretended and deceived the cast into thinking there was something wrong with the world in the first place then by the time the Heavenly Spirit realises what I'm doing it'll be too late.
Ultimately, while the Heavenly Spirit was weak it still had control over the world so I was a bit cautious because of what I was doing.
In fact, the System was against my current actions.
It had been repeatedly warning me but I waved it off with casual replies.
Both of my tests were successful.
Not only had I confirmed that the Heavenly Spirit of this world was utterly weak I also confirmed that the System truly doesn't have any restraining measures against me at the moment.
It seems like it was completely bound to me and dependent on my actions.
Ever since the upgrade the System had become quite lively, as if growing up from a two-year-old to an eight-year-old.
The System had brought me here because the Heavenly Spirit was weak.
Why was the Heavenly Spirit weak?
Because this world was a mortal one. It didn't have any special properties designated to it.
But that wasn't an issue.
I will make the Heavenly Spirit strong.
It sounded crazy but don't worry.
I am sane.
At the moment both the System and the Heavenly Spirit were forced to observe my actions with worry.
They did not have a grasp of what 'worry' was but it was instinctive.
The moment I corrupted Kiryuin I could sense a subtle gaze on me. It was so faint that I thought I was hallucinating.
Before this, the Heavenly Spirit was wary of me and the System but it seems like it was too unintelligible to realise how to act.
Now that the Heavenly Spirit had grown slightly it could pay attention to me more properly.
But it had yet to act against me.
Why?
Because I was helping it.
This was the core of my plan, as long as the Heavenly Spirit doesn't try to interrupt me I can save it from the System and let the world continue to run in the same manner it has been running.
Again, the fundamental reason behind this experiment was to gauge the System and find a way to save this world.
Now that this was achieved I could pick things up and speed the process up.
I observed the sleeping beauty before giving her a light slap. Her head snapped to the side and her body squirmed in response.
A few seconds later her eyelashes fluttered and she opened her eyes. She got up and leaned against the backrest of the bed, clutching her head as if she was in pain.
"Yamamoto?" Kiryuin called out after looking around. Her gaze was fixed on me as if trying to determine whether I was real or not.
Under her hesitant gaze, I decided to reply by raising my palm.
Under her astonished gaze strings of blood flew out of my body before conjoining into the image of a ghastly spider.
Kiryuin's eyes shook seeing the spider and her breathing quickened. She looked at me with a complex gaze.
"So it was real...?" She muttered to herself inaudibly but my superhuman senses caught it.
Her bloody crimson eyes shone while looking at me, "Are we still in the... Dream Dungeon?"
I shook my head and Kiryuin moved from the bed, sitting on the edge with her feet touching the ground. The shape of her feet in the stockings made me want to act up but I controlled myself.
Not yet.
Kiryuin unaware of the impending danger to her stood up and looked at the bloody spider floating above my palm closely.
I clenched my palm into a fist and under her startled gaze, the spider burst before disappearing.
"Looks like you've accepted reality."
Kiryuin hummed and placed a finger on her chin, "Getting molested wasn't the best experience but I'll forgive you considering the help you've given me. Oh by the way can you help me with something?"
I shrugged at her mention of me molesting her.
"Sure and yeah getting molested is the least of your worries. Don't worry at worst I'll sacrifice myself and marry you." I teased her as she rolled her eyes and went to the kitchen.
Under my confused gaze, she returned with a knife.
Her silver hair reached her waist and her fair skin glowed like a newborn. With a knife in hand, she stood before me, looking gorgeous.
Her stabbing me or slicing my neck was the least of my worries so I remained silent as she grabbed my forearm.
However, due to my muscular build, she was unable to fully grasp it.
A bit miffed Kiryuin pulled my hand towards her and with a curious look in her eyes made a small cut on my palm.
Blood flowed from the wound and a bit surprised I instantly halted my regeneration.
Kiryuin threw the knife away and with an excited gaze aimed her palm at my palm. My lips twitched as she used 'Heal'.
A white light shot out from her palm landing on my palm.
Kiryuin frowned after seeing the wound not close up. The only difference was that the dripping blood had disappeared.
"It worked so well in the Dream though..." She whispered.
You're using fucking 'Clean' of course it won't work.
Feeling a bit funny I decided to explain.
"Of course, it won't work as well. You're not even a Dream Weaver so how can you use Dream Qi? Without a Dream Dungeon supplying you with Dream Qi you'll still be no different than a regular human." I paused letting my words settle in her mind, "Of course... If you were a Dream Weaver things would be different."
"Dream Qi?"
"The official term for Dream Energy."
"So how do I become a Dream Weaver?"
Here came the question I was waiting for. I found it hard to suppress my grin. It will be fun to see her reaction.
Under her confused eyes, I shook my head and spoke in a grave tone.
"You can't become a Dream Weaver."
"...What?" Kiryuin's muffled voice reached my ears. It was as if she couldn't believe what I was saying. Anger appeared in her eyes as she approached me, "Why!?"
"Women can't become Dream Weavers."

A/N- I've thought of a new fanfiction to write and it's a chapter done. It's somewhat similar to this as both the protagonists are evil but unlike Tatsuya, Akihiro has entirely different goals.
It should be released in two weeks.
