yeah, I made it so that all the superheroes are basically in one city(mainly just like the main Avengers and justice League members like Batman, Superman, captain America, iron man, etc.) instead of spread out everywhere, they just inhabit a certain spot of that city, like Batman and green Arrow take on the darker and more dangerous parts of the city, while people like spiderman and Superman take on the brighter parts of the city

if you combine the flying raijin jutsu with samehada he'll become overpowered as hell
Their journey to Suna was made in 1 and a half days as all three of their speeds had increased, while Naruto was slowed down a bit by the weight of Samehada he was still faster than both Shino and Sasuke so it didn't matter much.
