yeah that's pretty fair then again the DNA just may have mutated into something else cuz they're in Sage Mode is really damn strange I mean using nature energy to refine and perfect genetics something tells me the genetics may have mutated to be part of the natural world or be able to take in nature energy a lot better since he's constantly used in Sage Mode since his soul is constantly in Sage Mode I wouldn't put it past the DNA to mutate be able to use Sage Mode a lot better and probably have hell a lot more potential but that's just my guess

if I'm reading it correctly it said a direct descendant that means his DNA is well Still Human it's still technically part of the Ninja world is just Superior in a way I guess that's only way I can think of Sage Mode still working so I really don't know but that might be the only way it works his DNA is probably like maybe 70 80% alien and the other 20 to 30% is human so I really don't know
