Huh. I've never thought about it like that. I guess I thought it was standard to have the cumulative of both lives count. But it does make more sense to focus on the current life. As you said hormones do account for it and they do take effect of Albion in his demeanour. I guess you could see it as grooming in that aspect. But I believe grooming is more of an act. Sylvia believed Albion to be older as he doesn’t only look older, but mostly acts it. I believe grooming is the intention and that’s not hers. She’s not trying to influence him, she genuinely loves who Albion is and that is reciprocated by him. Yes, she has a more sexual and sadist side, but I can’t see that as anything more than her personality. She has no intention to groom Albion but I can see your point of view where he is at the susceptibility of being groomed. You could even go as far as to say she does slightly influence Albion, but I wouldn’t go as far as to say she’s grooming him. Again, I believe that’s based on intention and that is not her intention.
