it's not that he is an expert just that he can communicate with the TARDIS itself meaning he can receive instructions from the TARDIS as for some of the features, like the one that allows travel to parallel universes its not really mentioned how it does it but I would guess regeneration energy and a lot of it that's probably why the doctor said it was now impossible, as for the chameleon circuit that was locked as a police box, in this story the TARDIS like the appearance, as for navigation he already repaired it while leaving the TARDIS a way to override it, so she can take him where he needs to be. and as I said I have only seen new who, so not exactly sure what other stuff was locked
it's fine as someone who enjoys the show and never read any of the books or audio novels, I am fine with people pointing out stuff the show is really loose on some details so if those who have read the extra stuff have information that helps flesh things out it absolutely fine.
As I leave I can not help but think about the young man named Nick, he had a strange feeling around him one I recognise, he was a time lord that had used a chameleon arch, unfortunately he could not do anything about it only when he was ready to accept the call of the fob watch would he be able to return to his true self, despite how much relief I had felt that I had not destroyed my whole race with the moment.

i know that's why I mentioned the mechanical force even as a human Nick has it within him it's why he was always drawn to fix things, as for why the Doctor never recognises the master as a human I have no idea it's one of the things in the show that confuses me since the doctors say they can recognise other time lord on site, but for Nick's case it was his abilities energy that gave him away. the episode with the master the doctor says time lords can recognise each other, as for why he was able to feel him while nick was human was the mechanical force in his body only appears in time lords but can never be taken away from them. not even the chameleon arch can remove it, all time lords can fell the mechanical force but only rare individuals can actually possess it, it was that which the doctor felt, although the doctor himself has never met a user of it he has knowledge of what it should feel like when it's in his presence. hope this helps

the episode also shows that the TARDIS does not do well outside it's original body anybody for the TARDIS would need to be compatible with it and as a TARDIS is grown figuring out how to make a body that could house the TARDIS completely is almost impossible. however using a method of connecting a machine body to a TARDIS that would be remotely controlled by his TARDIS might be possible using his skills and abilities. so in theory a relationship between the MC and his TARDIS is possible
that's a good idea however that would have to wait till he gets his own TARDIS as the TARDIS is usually the one to make the doctors screwdrivers. the only exception to this was Jodie Whittaker but a screwdriver is easier than a spanner, so till he gets his TARDIS he will use a screwdriver provided by the doctors TARDIS
from satellite 5 episode of season 1 from new who rose frees the doctor from cuffs on floor 500 with the screwdriver the doctor has to tell her how to use it, i am pretty sure he mentions a button. if not will change it when I get the chance.

he has never done it in either of his lives he will be hesitant but if it's a choice between himself and those he cares for he will pull the trigger if necessary. he will not carry a weapon though since he has to blend in when he travels in time but will use guns of the time if he has too. hope this helps.
I was planning on that but it will take a while since a TARDIS is grown from what's mentioned in the show but it's possible. as well as a basic requirement since I want him to have his own companion and having to share a TARDIS would make this complicated since eventually the doctor has Amy and Rory both onboard with MC companions as well would get very complicated fast.

Disclaimer I do not own the right to any image included or the halo franchise and all credit goes to there respective owners I only own characters from Oblivion Team as they are my own Creations This story is based around a halo fan called John who was reincarnated into the halo universe. the main character will be the same generation Spartan as master chief just that he has been in Cryo due to his destructive abilities as unlike master chief this one was put through more experiments by Halsey giving him abilities beyond the norm so much so that he has to have an Ai that can help control him however as John is a reincarnater he has a system that has modified the Ai so that it help John who goes by the Spartan Name Dark. This story takes place during Halo 2 and after since he was in Cryo on earth during the events of the first game. The Ais name is Destiny and is represented by a female voice John's Spartan code Is 909 also he uses his Spartan name after reincarnation never using his previous name or the name of the body before becoming a Spartan also due to the system he has he will get stronger over time although he is already powerful also due to the system he is immune to the flood infection as his body is modified by the system making it impossible for flood to control him. Any constructive criticism is allowed this means suggestion on how I can improve the chapters writing quality also please include an example of you do this so I can see how it's suppose to look thank you in advance also in future I may be open to suggestions on some events but that's in future for now I am currently following the events of Halo 2.
