Raian is stronger than Hollis. Raian decided to not use the Kure techniques against Ohma because he wanted to have fun. While having their regular sparring matches with Ohma, Raian mentions how Ohma’s timing for his techniques is off. Raian ends up using brute force for the sake of having fun. He is actually very good with the Kure techniques and whenever he fights seriously he ends up destroying his opponents. If he had decided to use Kure techniques against Ohma, then he would’ve killed Advance Ohma in 30 seconds or less. I understand Yuji doesn’t like Raian, but he is way better than Hollis in terms of who would win in a fight.
