Although Sorcerers were the most powerful entities in this world, they still needed the human population to keep on surviving and breeding more offspring that had the potential to become sorcerers. Out of about a million human beings, less than 10% were capable of becoming sorcerers. This showed how hard it was to produce sorcerers.
