Yes, he is stronger than a level 100 player or NPC though that doesn't take into account gear and world items making the player much stronger still, don't forget there are still the 8 Greed Kings along with a plethora of Dragon Lords, while yes they are overpowered that isn't to say it may not be close in some instances.
Laplace had evolved into a Demon Peer, making him even more potent than a level 100 player, though still many times weaker than the other Primordials.

Honestly, I have zero clue as to who should be the love interest or if I will have one. I have little experience writing as it having to write a love interest could crash and burn very fast. If there is one I'd say the most likely is probably Velgrynd though it is an extremely massive IF.
It probably is I just changed it for my own character, in future if inaccuracies pop up blame it on an AU, I am not aware of everything but I do try to keep it as close to what is shown in both Anime and Light Novel ;)
To achieve the other objective I need to meet the terms of the Harvest Festival, this allows the person undergoing the evolution to ascend to a True Demon Lord and not just one using it as a moniker. 100,000 souls are needed to satiate the Harvest Festival allowing the seed to sprout, at the time of this fight I have a record of 57,923 souls meaning I need another 42,077 before the transformation is possible.
