AN: I'll be honest here, I'm not sure about this chapter. It's kinda hard to get back to the original story after the previous arc. I thought about making Mordred speak in old English, a bit like in Elden Ring, but I decided against it. Still, since this is the beginning of a new arc, I'd rather it lands well, so I don't mind rewriting it if you don't like it. it was a nice break from the craziness of the last few arcs, but it was nice and I can't wait for the next arc to get back in to the craziness
AN: I couldn't help myself and write this. It was supposed to be a small part of a chapter but it sort of dragged out. I decided to let Sirius decide Dumbledore's fate because it's fitting, I guess. Canon Harry would have just saved him without even thinking about it and Sirius would be able to make a more objective choice without relying too much on the man's reputation. Anyway, the next chapter should be a more general epilogue and the final resolution with Dumbledore. I'm getting ready to get back to the full story soon. This arc has been one of the most fun I've had whilst writing and I hope you enjoyed it so far. As usual, please let me know what you think and if you have any suggestions.

AN: This chapter was kinda hard to write. I tried to make Harry as terrifying as possible from Voldemort's perspective. I hope I pulled it off, but I don't mind rewriting it if I didn't. AN: I'm not sure about just coming out and telling Canon Harry everything just before it happens, but I wrote it because I thought that his perspective while interacting with his counterpart honestly is going to be nice. Anyway, I know that I made Harry a bit too blunt, but there's a reason for that, which is explored in the next chapter. I'll admit that I rushed this a bit. It's mostly because it could have dragged out a lot and I didn't want to risk it. I still think I forced things a bit too much, so I might rewrite it depending on your feedback. AN: I'm not really sure about this one. I don't know if I characterized Dumbledore and Harry well enough. I wanted the headmaster to be solemn but not afraid of dying, a bit like how he was in Canon. AN: I'll be honest, writing the last few chapters was the most fun I've had in a while. I think it has to do with the fact that I don't have to worry about the plot too much. I constantly go back and reread my own chapters to make sure I'm not contradicting myself in some way. Now, as for this chapter, I think this portrayal of Dumbledore is consistent with Canon. What do you think? I hope it came out like I wanted it to. Now, most of you will probably know where I'm going with this chapter. You're really good at guessing my next moves, even when I try to be surprising... Anyway, as usual, let me know what you think and if you have any suggestions.
