all might can still probably speed blitz our mc right now but the thing is it doesn't really mean our mc can't win the author replyed in someone's comment in the previous chapter that the curse technique is pretty much develop to the same level as it was shown in the manga which includes the World Cutting Slash it pretty much ignores durability to a large extent if the mc try to kill all might at the very start then he definitely have a chance
