You’re entitled to your opinion, but no, you can’t justify rating my story one star solely because you find female main characters unappealing. Criticism is meant to evaluate the quality of the story—its plot, writing, characters, etc.—not to project personal bias against a type of character or their gender. What you’re expressing isn’t criticism; it’s prejudice against female protagonists, which you’ve tried to dismiss as “just a preference.” While you claim this isn’t sexist, reducing all female-led stories to “bad” based on gender alone reflects clear bias. I never claimed to be open to all opinions, especially ones rooted in such prejudice. If you dislike stories with female MCs, that’s your personal choice, but using that as the sole basis for a rating or review is not constructive feedback or criticism. This also isn’t about not being open to critique—it’s about rejecting opinions that are dismissive and unfair. And, I don't think I should ever be in the position to not calling people like you out or just stand this kind of unfair rating.

Well, i said you're free to not read the story if you personally don't find a particular type of story appealing. But what you're doing is simply rating one star and saying female mc = bad thing with vomit emoji and stuff, which I find it offensive and yes, I group what you've been saying as secretly sexist because otherwise, you could've just ignored it or not come and post it here. Well, no one tells you to insert yourself in the place of main character and cry about it. You can make your choice to not read something with a different gender mc but it's common sense to not say stuff like female mc = awful or rating it one star just because it's female mc. If you hate female mc, you're more than welcomed to go read something else instead of spreading hate here

Nah, you just sounds like you have some serious biased view against female gender and female mcs in general. Going by your logic, i might also be entitled to say male mc = shit bcoz a lot of webnovels or fanfics with male mcs tend to sexualize females a lot, weird harems and stuff but i don't go around saying things like male mc = shit because it is not a universally true fact or logical.
