I have a feeling I'm going to have an anxiety attack reading the next chapter.
The (I'm assuming) translation is horrendous. I cannot even tell if the story, characters, and world are well-written because the translation is distracting at best and incomprehensible at worst. I hope that this is fixed, as the story premise does sound interesting, and I would be interested in reading it, if only it were readable
Lin Jiao and Gu Quan were in an official and public relationship, even cohabiting, and for a few years. Their relationship seemed weird, though, as Gu Quan was ignorant of her family background or friends. He did not know she was wealthy and had powerful connections. The idiot that targeted her at this party, though, could easily see and identify whom she was hanging out with and see that she had powerful friends, in addition to making a guess that she might be important herself to have been invited to such a party in the first place. Gu Quan is an idiot for not knowing his own girlfriend, but the sleezeball is a total moron for trying to target someone like her.
I was speaking of Lin Jiao's ex-boyfriend Gu Quan.
Wait, what? She's asking for help from the person she harmed?
I understand her ex-boyfriend's ignorance, as it seemed she never volunteered information and he neither asked nor investigated her. But here she was publicly mingling with her rich and powerful group of friends, so how could this guy be that stupid?
This is a good story. The plot was not quite as predictable as expected. The character were interesting. The story suffers from some of the usual pitfalls of serialized stories (contrived plots, melodrama, etc), but that comes with the territory. My only complaint is that the rate of translation is slow, and some of the chapters have been divided to make more frequent updates with shorter content. Understandable, but not enjoyable.
So cute!

It is nice that heir relationship develops under "sober" circumstances with misunderstandings being resolved quickly. The setting is also interestingly divergent from the stereotypical omegaverse, and the MC's role and reaction to transmigration is also refreshing.
