If you remembered from the show, Lemillion would literally die of old age and 20 or something due to the toll of OFA on his body. Deku, wasn’t just the best option at the time. He was the only option in general. Also, I don’t know what’s the deal with people hating on today’s MCs, but I’m certain 99.99% of people couldn’t right anything close to what the mangaka did. But, everyone has a right to their opinion, I guess.
This meant I had a pretty good understanding of the future and people in this world. Well, that is if everything happens like it did in canon. If not, then I got nothing, and I'd continue with my plan of getting the heck out of Japan as soon as I possibly could. I had no interest in sticking around for the fall of Japan's society when shit hit the fan after all. But even with my knowledge, I have to be careful. I can't predict every twist and turn, and I don't want to get caught up in something I can't handle.

It probably doesn’t fit his style. No everyone is into to one handed/ greatsword weapons. Especially someone who doesn’t use swords as their primary form of combat.

He didn’t. He said earlier that he didn’t prefer throwing from long rang an fighting from a distance. Now, the fight is up close and personal which is has been implied and just stated to be his preferred style of combat.

And even still I doubt most of these people could even write some remotely close to MHA in quality. Not to say that the story’s perfect, because it isn’t by a long shot. I just think that most people would fail at writing even a story like this, or they would crumble underneath the pressure of being any of the characters they hate or despise so much.
