Thanks for the chapter. He will need to find an artifact or use some hair dye to conceal his appearance. Can vampires retract their claws into normal nails? He will be able to turn people to keep them below his strength but increase their potential at the same time. If his potential is limitless then he will be able to make his group the strongest. Is the vampire king not a progenitor vampire. I wonder if there are any progenitors that are alive if he is not one. Idea for a spell. Since chaos has been infused into the blood he could use it to disrupt a body's mana if he hits them instead of using mana dispersion it can be a single target attack.
That would be smart. If he wanted to bar their strength so that he can always beat them it would be useful plus if he has limitless potential he would also increase their power at the same time as whatever they capped off at would be raised to just below limitless

Looks like he has gained a companion. I just had a good idea. He could create a golem using blood and chaos constructs and temporarily shift her soul into it giving him a fighting companion as long as he builds a friendly relationship with the vampire in question. she could also take the burden of the side effects for him allowing him to fight for longer that is as long as the chaos element doesn't effect his body but his soul.
I always love when the in novels name is something like that as it always leaves things ambiguous. He may be Humanity's strongest mage but what about on a scale of worlds or universes there are obviously things above that Arin will have to deal with late into the novel
Arin knew a lot about Humanity's Strongest Mage, and he had relied on that knowledge to survive and accomplish his goals in this world.

Thanks for the chapter. I'm guessing he has become something akin to a vampire hybrid. Maybe the chaos element will intervene and change him too or it will follow whatever the author wrote. Either way a big question is will he look the same? If he returns to class different in any way e.g: height eye/ hair colour or higher natural charm. People will think that something is up with him and it could blow up in his face immensely with Tessa thinking that he may be chaos and the teachers/Alex thinking he is responsible for Arthur's death and he may be a vampire. I'm interested in seeing what race he becomes and how he will deal with the side effects if there are any. Thanks for the chapter. Can't wait for the next one. Also I know it's selfish but I hope you don't go premium.
