My theory here is that Cindy is the one associated with the bloodsuckers, she said beautiful people, didn't said good people, also mentioned bad and ugly vampires and humans. Most of the female in the Vampire world are subclasses( including the dhampirs and the blood fairies) these are the ones she consider beautiful, that's why in her castle there are only females and just kids, she considers the Male vampires ugly because they can turn into bloodsuckers( the true form of the vampires) reason why she kept them away from her, and also it would make sense why Fex got kidnapped and Kazz didn't, even if both lost their memories, what was the point in kidnapping him is he already lost his memories? it explains also her obsession with Layla. My theory is that she wants to make a government where the subclasses are above the vampires, more like a matriarch, and here is where Erin is important because she is a Dhampir, and before they explain that Dhampirs could be superior to vampires because they have the same power and dosen't required blood. They would want to have Erin on their side so they can change the system? It's just my theory
