He didn't exactly clone Force users, but he basically created them or birthed them using the Force, the only ones that were cloned were the regular soldiers. Because of the differences between the Warhammer universe and star wars universe, I made the process to create the Force scions different from how the Astartes were created.
Next were the Force Scions. They would be the Elite legions of soldiers serving under their respective Progenitor. While limited in number due to how dangerous it was to keep just creating Force Users which would disturb the balance within the Force, the Force Scions would be the ultimate warriors.

Yeah that's what I was shooting for, more of a father daughter relationship between them. Originally I wrote that he caught her hand, but then I thought it would be better in my opinion for her the slap to connect.
Standing in front of him, she raised her hand causing Daimon to get on one knee as she slapped him across his face. "What were you thinking, Daimon?" she demanded, her voice cold and laced with anger. "Leaving the Order without even telling me?"

Yep that's the path I'm headed for. Once the Hidden Precursor world is found and their defeated, all their technology which they have will be studied over the years including all of their knowledge and such.
It is incredibly stupid. How they did this was, they put all the exiled Jedi on a ship which size depended on how many there were. They would be stripped of all weapons and navigational abilities and then banished from Republic space. So yeah they just put them on a ship and tell them to Fuck off like you said.
Master Sorrin, his face stern as ever, spoke next, "Exile is the only solution for those who fall to the dark side, Daimon. There is no place in the Order for those who have strayed so far from the light. The Jedi Code is clear on this. Their exile ensures that they will not be a threat again."
