The War of Five Kings. One of the great wars in Westeros that changed the course of history. But, this is not the War of Five Kings you're used to. With Ned Stark's escape from Kings Landing and Robb being gifted with visions from the Old Gods, Westeros is about to be shaken to its core. = = = = = = = = = Just a quick notice, don’t expect a deus ex machina like Robb and House Stark where they instantly demolish all their enemies. That isn’t ASOIAF, it’s far more complex with so many moving pieces and hidden threats that it’s impossible for that to ever happen. Things will be better but in many ways things will be much worse for the Starks. That is the nature of ASOIAF. Also, magic will come into play, but it will reflect how George R. Martin has gradually introduced it over time. So at first it will be barely present but as we develop the story further, more and more fantasy elements that were hidden under the surface will come to light.

The world is a dangerous place. Men and women with power that leaves the world and all the insignificant lives upon it at their mercy. Many choose to exercise that power for selfish means, but a small group, a fraction of them; chose to use their power to defend the weak. They are the heroes of this world, the ones who risk their lives and sacrifice everything they are just to protect those that cannot protect themselves from the villains who would take everything from them. Yet even these heroes, are flawed. They are not perfect despite their image of such. They are not all-powerful despite their actions speaking to the contrary. They make mistakes, allow emotion to cloud their judgement, and allow pride to stay their hand. Villains are not born, they are made and often, they are made by the very heroes who fight to defend this world. These villains, in turn, make the heroes who fight them. A constant cycle that seems to have no end in sight, but ultimately, there is always something that changes. The world is never predictable, never simple, and always changes. Outliers and anomalies have come about many a time in the course of this cycle, but from this cycle, one rises that was different to the rest. He breaks the cycle and wades through the world of heroes and villains, forged by his actions and the actions of those around him. His goals are simple, and the steps he takes to reach them are long and arduous. Each one is a struggle, but one that brings him ever closer to the end. However, often, the road to hell is paved with good intentions and as his journey progresses, the world suffers the consequences.

The Boy Scout. The first of the X-Men. The Leader. The Hero. The Villian. The Symbol. The Mutant. He had many titles to his name, but none more well-known than that of Cyclops. He was the man with the plan, the man people looked to lead them from the difficult times and the one they betrayed when things started to turn for the better. Yet he had always fought for one goal, an impossible goal that always kept getting further and further away. But upon the brink of failure, Cyclops, like always, had a plan in the works. Perhaps his universe was beyond saving, but there were others out there. He just had to arm another with the memories he had and rely on them to succeed where he had failed. There was always one person he could rely upon and that was himself.

They are Thor Odinson, the God of Thunder.

Yet, amongst the beings of the Omniverse, one gave birth to two who will go on to shake the foundation of the very foundation of all life. This is the story of one blessed with incredible intelligence, watch as he rises up to the top of the DC universe and then beyond it. -X- This story was originally part of the story, Two Sides of a Coin now known as Marvel's Evolution. For simplicities sake, I have split the story back into two with this one focusing purely on Jacob's journey through DC while Marvel's Evolution shall focus on Esau's journey through Marvel.

I was once weak, never really achieving anything in my life. Then I was reborn as the twin brother of Issei Hyoudou and now in a world filled with opportunities. What will I do you might ask?
