In terms of raw power, Reyvin is still a but stronger until Minthara eats another dragon soul. However if the 2 of them were to ever fight at their full strength, neither of them would win. Reyvin lacks the power needed to fully defeat an actual demi-god who will only get stronger as times goes on, and Minthara doesn’t have a counter to all of Reyvin’s tricks and wouldn’t be able to land a blow that would beat him.

You have to remember that Nords are just built different, especially when the Gods planned for them to send Alduin into the future so he could be defeated by the Last Dragonborn given them a big boost whilst fighting him.

You will get to see all of Reyvin’s stats next wednesday. The thing about Reyvin’s system is that significant feats are required for it to increase Reyvin’s strength. And the civil war isn’t enough for him to get any meaningful buffs right now. Also, the stats on the status screen are a mix of qualitative and quantitative, meaning that the numbers you see both increase his base strengths and the quality of that strength meaning the seemingly low numbers actually add a lot more than you think. Whilst he can strengthen himself endlessly that requires time that he doesn’t have right now and he has other ways of dealing with Alduin other than getting stronger so focusing on only getting stronger won’t help too much.

This Alduin is lore accurate, weakened because he isn’t fulfilling his role but he is still a God, as Reyvin is right now there is no amount of preparation he could do to properly defeat Alduin. Reyvin is one of the most powerful mortals to ever live at this point but lore accurate Alduin could fight Daedric Princes in their own domains and actually stand a chance which is a level of power Reyvin hasn’t achieved yet.
