It's actually pretty fast. It's just that everything is happening in a fraction of a moment. If charging a spirit bomb takes 2-3 seconds, it would still last 3-5 episodes.
However, using the Spirit Bomb is not easy. Gathering energy requires time, as it's not the user's own power, which they could use freely at will.

IMO weakness builds tension in the story and makes readers more invested as it is relatable. Copying champion skills is definitely a step in the right direction though I think he has to earn it a bit as things that are gained easily are often underappreciated.
1. So first thing to address is how OP MC is so far and to change how OP he is [No nerf] I hate nerfing characters and making them weaker whats the point of a reading a weak MC right? But instead I will add some small limitations to MC Template System, there is already some Limitations on his Z-Drive Hexcore [Can only forward 30mins ahead or back] + 30 mins ahead [1 hour is the limit and cause death] of course if MC trains this power and skill more he will be able to time travel even further in time or further back in time but that is when he gains more knowledge and advanced his tech. Other limitations are in place are if you remember MC won't have all of the wishes he made granted to him meaning he won't exactly gain all of the powers and skill of every League Of Legends champions just yet, instead he would have to meet each character to [Steal their powers or copy them into the system] but he could gain some LOL champion powers from his wishes just later on when he grows up in Zaun.
