thanks for the chapters. the peak is getting crushed in the most brutal arena; public opinion. I am happily surprised to see him being reasonable and defensive of his childhood friend, unlike how he would be about any other woman. Nadia seriously needs to have a chat with Mercury about sharing Scott before one of them crossed a line... 'accidentally'. I like Bella's personality so far because I think it'll make a good contrast with Brigid, just like how Emma and Gwen contrast well

thanks for the chapter. loved the relationship and hopefully future romance with Nadia, she is delightful. A couple notes on propaganda, though, if you're taking the Fox news template. first, have afew people believe it's taking both sides because he puts people on the show to represent diverse opinions. these people obviously need to be bad public speakers/debaters and get talked over a lot, but simply being there makes the show look fair. Also, for a big event like this, the show actually needs to give a bit and praise the nightwatch for a few weeks and let other people poke holes in the stream or question the accuracy of his heroism, then they can act like they've been wronged for believing his tricks. this let's the viewer relate to the newscasters 'feelings of being tricked'. there are probably other tricks like putting on 'eye witnesses' to nightwatch's non-streamed criminal behavior or taking portions of his chat out of context and blaming him for the things people post on his streams that you could do
