it's general pokemon grading, like a leveling system basically. its a easier way to track strength
Many of the pokemon used for this orb were extremely difficult to get, much like the King Rank Lucario and Togekiss. Just the thought of the resources they needed he shivered, if this did not work they would spew blood.

It was great movie
How sad is that? How pitiful it was. Many would have given up or even just forgotten about it but Arceus kept saving its creations from their own wrongdoings, like the Hoopa arc.
