Eo Pandora here, there's an explanation for that where some of the cards has their effects revamped like Utopia Dragoon, and in this case Orochi having each of its effects not being a once per turn and only once that turn. But really it was just me being lazy and not wanting to rewrite it lol.
"I'll activate Orochi's effect! Once per turn, I can banish 3 cards from my Extra Deck face down to target and destroy one face up monster on the field! I'll destroy your Dystopia!" With that said, the top three cards of her Extra Deck were banished, and it shot a ball of energy towards her opponent.

Genuinely like this, full power orcust is strong though thankfully she doesn't use the PK variant or it would've been a slaughter. Can't wait for your next update.

Reincarnating in Another World and Starting From Zero is Annoying
Being sent (forcefully) to another world is not a fun experience, especially when the people that summoned you there doesn't really care about your well being. Having the system that you were supposed to have had in the first time you got sent into another world appear after your second reincarnation is even more annoying.
