Err... when it comes to the system user sense of being, he only requires MP - mana stat, to cast those skills for teleport, heal, burn etc. The better his connection to mana in general, the more he has, the faster his regen is, the more he can spam and extend the radius of the skills.
Can you teleport with mana? No, can you burn with mana? No, can you heal with Mana? If it's strengthening your body's regeneration, then yes, but it cannot do anything for a fatal wound or an amputated limb!
