Plus, Ashley never looked like someone who was willing to share, and Serverus was literally about to reject Rias. I was talking about the usefulness of making another horn when he already has one. Besides, he ain't dumb to expose the horns' abilities when he isn't ready. I also don't think the targs would recognize the horn (if they even know it exists) even if he put it as an ornament in the middle of his living room, as they know almost nothing regarding old valyria.
I need the dragon bones, but there won't be any dragon blood in Valyria. Dragon eggs might be useful for rituals, but not for much else, as hatching dragons without riders is a recipe for disaster. I could create something akin to a dragon horn to control them, but it would take a long time, and I'm certain that replicating the methods ancient sorcerers used to tame these apex predators is beyond my capabilities. As for raising a dragon army, I could achieve that with riders loyal to me. How would I do that? By adapting to the current era and expanding my household.
