Smart MC. Very realistic. Unlike most stories he isn’t on a fast track to being a god. You always get the feeling he is one mistake away from dying and he behaves that way. Side characters have been pretty believable, no outright villains for the sake of being evil. Grim and realistic setting. Zombies outmatching normal humans has a lot of implications and the writer is willing to follow that logic. Worth a read.

VERY impressive. MC is smart and has not made any plot driven mistakes. He is full of common sense and doesn't need special knowledge. Writing quality is top notch. World background and laws of physics are consistent and well thought out.

Fully fleshed out world, complex hero, top notch writing, characters that have their own motivations and don't exist just to further the plot. The plot itself seems way more GOTh than the-chosen-one. This book deserves a lot more attention.
