I’m certain that under the SI’s tutelage. That Cregan will grow up to be more of a badass than his canon self. It is still a surprise to me that the SI really intends to replace Jeyne with that impulsive git Arnold as Lord Paramount. I don’t think Aemon is sexist, truth be told. I think it’s more like because he knows that Jeyne wouldn’t willingly go along with his plan even if its end goal is to avoid a civil war over that uncomfortable chair. When he wants nothing to do with his foolish and entitled kin’s pyromaniacal drama. He’s the only one amongst his dysfunctional family that truly sees the bigger picture. At the end of day, he is really making all these moves for the sake of him and his family’s (the ones that actually love and accept him for he really is. And don’t try to coerce or control him into doing what they want or say. Anyway, I am not even surprised. By how completely mistaken and clueless that Daemon or Rhaenyra are about the SI. They really don’t know him at all) survival. While all that money and influence are only bonuses. Or just a means to an end.

Yeah, I always wanted to read a fic like this one. So, this is around thirty years or so before the Dance of the Dragons happen? I can’t wait to see the entitled and self-important Targs as well as the rest of the Westerosi nobles’ reactions when they hear of the Dothraki forming into a proper nation and conquering all of Essos.

So, will the marriage between Daemon and Rhea be annulled in this fic? Since I really want to see her outlive that racist and supremacist cunt Daemon and will continue on being there for the Sl as he grows up. Anyway, Yorbert made a very dumb decision and mistake in agreeing to remove Rhea from the succession of Runestone. Since, I don't think that she and the MC will ever forgive him for that at all.

So, he’s fully tapped into the powers of his First Men heritage. But when will he claim a dragon? Also, who’s his father? Viserys or Daemon?

Sheesh. This old blood feud between the Blackwoods and Brackens is very ridiculous. Anyways, I really hope that the MC will actually be able to alter the future. Since I don’t really believe in all that “this is your fate” bullshit. Nothing about the future is actually set in stone. Unless you truly do nothing productive about it.

2. Since, he will be in close proximity with the Targaryens through Otto. He likely won’t desire to be involved in all the egomaniacal drama of the Blacks and Greens. But at same time, having the favor and patronage of royalty and high nobility could grant him whatever he needs to implement and accelerate his innovative plans faster.

Exactly, I knew that the MC was an OC when I read summary. Don’t know why a lot of these commentators are being slow or confused.

So, I have finally figured out all military tactics that King Aegon VI (or VIl; if the boy who both Jon Connington and the Golden Company is supporting is truly the son of Rhaegar and Elia but I really doubt it so far) effectively utilized in his unconventional battle strategy (by this medieval society's obviously stagnant standards) against both the Tullys and the Knights of the Vale. Are a powerful mixture of these outlined in the picture below, blended with Byzantine Roman style weaponry and equipment that’s if you recall the shields and crossbows?

Yeah, Ned has really proven himself to be such a hypocrite. I already know he didn’t desire to kill his wife’s family but this act of neutrality won’t ever put him in Jon’s good books. The MC won’t kill him (probably) because the SI regards his Stark cousins (highly likely Rickon, Bran and Arya at this point in time); as his dear siblings still. All I’m wondering is how did House Stark’s vassals react to the really earthshaking revelation of Aegon’s true identity and do they want fight for Lyanna’s son? After all, he will be first king with northern blood to rule the Seven Kingdoms and will probably ensure the North’s welfare and will not ignore their dire needs unlike the MC’s predecessors in the past.
