how does that in anyway make sense? she was a different character. it's like if someone said Ichigo, Aizen and Ruikia all shared the same soul so they were the same person.
His mouth hung open, speechless. Her poetic reframing of Tsubasa's existence unsettled him deeply. Their actions seemed extremely immature once he took a moment to contemplate. They could've solved the situation more peacefully but their raw emotions overwrote their reason. The result was Tsubasa's demise.

wanting to beat the shit out of someone that locked you in a cage for three months is an overreaction? it's better to let her get revenge now and move on then hold a grudge and it causes problems down the line. I really don't understand people that immediately forgive people who wrong them, or people that expect there to be no consequences for screwing someone over just because they thought they were 'looking out for them'. A main character that actually feels and acts on human emotions is a nice change from unrealistic characters that act sensible. Its'smuch more relatable and entertaining in my opinion.

why? the mc acknowledged they overreacted and could have handled it better. they let their emotions get the better of LIKE ACTUAL PEOPLE do. People are not perfect, they have emotions. humans are not creatures of logic and do make bad decisions when highly emotional. The characters reacting like that makes them seem more relatable, more real. When a character reacts in a way that makes sense for their situation and current mindset instead of what would objectively be the right choice? It's a sign of good writing.
