Good chapter but have you thought about killing Gasper? If it's too hard on Rias just make her realise what our MC went through compared to Gasper so she won't feel as bad. Personally if I'd have saved the life of a half breed that's looked down on by the world and he left me for dead(Riser situation) I'd consider taking anything of use from it and using it as breeding stock if it has so much talent. What Takumi said has just really resonated with me.

If he was a normal child, even if a demigod, he could grow to hate himself for being forced to hide his nature, I know I did. Honestly I want to beat his father black and blue for making him hide himself because I know all too well what can happen having gone through it.

Honestly I think the Demigods are so weak because the gods are scared to let their potential shine with proper training.
Even now, he was still circulating his magic or mana as he was taught. Most Demigods didn't know how to do this despite all of them being magical. They just relied on their 'gifts', but they didn't have a Dragon King to teach them after all.
