In English saying carline brothers doesn’t make sense because one is a girl and boy. when referring to a multiple brothers, sisters or brothers and sisters we use “Siblings” as it is gender neutral. The about person was telling you that as i believe you said in the note at the beginning that English was not your first language. changing brothers to siblings makes the sentance make more sense to English readers. Not saying that the comment is Right or wrong, just explaining

The brief amount of the story that i read was really interesting, however it was extremely difficult to understand. English is clearly not the authors first language which is fine, however, if they wish to try and attract English readers then they NEED to have someone who understands English reasonably well edit the story. It feels machine translated which is okay for certain parts and then very confusing and convoluted for others. Certain parts feel redundant or awkwardly stated leaving things ambiguous. If the author got someone to properly edit there story I would 100% recommend it.
I think the editor or translator messed up, most likely by given they mean he purchased them from them otherwise the paragraph literally makes no sense
