If this is Nott thinking, it’s unlikely that he would think of his own family/faction as extremists. He’d think their ideals were natural (unless he doesn’t agree with them).

Bullet time refers to a slowed time perception state that allows the user to see a bullet travel mid-flight. This was most famously used in the matrix franchise. While Viktor isn't at that level yet, he could be in the future.

Not sure which ones trying to be conveyed, but I view stories as the top of a roof (2 stories = 2 roofs) and floors as well, the floors (2nd floor = 1 roof).
