if you don't mind taking a suggestion then, start with "living in the moment" just go to a place where you can connect with nature ( it can be your terrace, garden/park, waterfall, window corner with sun view etc) and at a time when there aren't too many people around. and just sit there breathing calmly don't think about anything negative, keep your mind blank and just listen to the voices around, if it's hard to keep your mind empty then think about things you like ( books, movies, games etc ) do this once or few times. it heals your mind and emotions. then you can explore your interest based jobs/works ( there are options that doesn't need degree, maybe you will need to learn some course's) , then do it if you want but if not then it's your choice just live positively, easier said than done but it does help to even think "positively"- this doesn't not mean you should force yourself, just think about simple things like- I liked my food today, weather was good, that new video game looks interesting etc. from someone who has anxiety and had experienced depression ( this things does help) and if you feel emotional just let yourself feel them then when you are all cried out take break from this feelings eat and rest . good luck hope you find something worth doing ❤
