Idk if replacing parts will lose the enchantment so they will try to get all they can out of Will as he is their only supplier. I say it was a decent idea as he would be more behind and… the empire might have accepted Josh as to get a hero on their side if Will didn’t make a deal with them.
Would giving the Empire more weapons be a bad thing for him? At the time he was desperate and traded his weapons with infinite enchantments for mana ores. Up to now he didn't know if what he did was a smart move or not.
