Kaguya is on the multi-Continental level of power working her way to the small moon level power the sage at his peak was a Continental level power. Rai and his girls are at about large Island or small country level of power. They are all on the Tectonic scale of destruction level of power and Kaguya is about to step into the Planetary level of destruction power. At least that is how I would rate them. Rei and the girl might be at the country or large country level we haven’t seen them go all out in awhile so we don’t know for certain how high there power has gotten.
Unless she is able to use Nervanic Rebirth even after completely destroying everything that makes her who she is then yes she is dead just like that.
It always seemed strange that Sophia was weaker than Ezequiel even though they both were with Zatiel from the very start of his journey. It can only mean one of two things. If we were to rank the levels past S-rank as X-rank. Then Immortal undead Madara was around the SSS-rank and his Ten-tails Final form was a pseudo X-rank. Kagaya after her possession of Madara’s body was at the full X-rank and the current her is probably at the XX-rank. Rei and his women are probably in the pseudo X-rank just a step from enter the full X-rank. I would say X-rank are God level people who could destroy small planets and/or create them. They are close to that level but not there yet from what we have been show at least that is my opinion.
Probably Madara was a level below Kagaya after absorbing the ten tails and that was Kagaya with a weak body and horrible chakra control. Rei and most of his women are right below Kagaya initial level with there tailed beast.
No but both sides don’t want the fight to starts right away so as long as it is verbal they will keep things civil. Also if there was no war then they still wouldn’t fight because that would ruin there reputation which is what they use this competition for in order to get more mission requests.
