Then I have to go back to Salem for a day or two to hold a conference to 'inspire' new students. Of course I'm getting paid for this. Then I need to kill the Basilisk. The Rite of Conquest ritual on a 1000 year old Basilisk should increase my strength by quite a lot. That is currently the easiest way for me to get stronger. And if I went all out. I should be able to easily kill it. Since its probably malnourished and most likely insane from being alone for so long. Doesn't matter how strong or magical it is. Its still an animal. Even True Dragons get lonely. And whatever Voldemort did to it probably made it worse.
